All parking rates are posted by the parking spot owner. We help guide owners in posting rates that are appropriate for the area and generally cheaper than the rates charged at public parking.
Once you find your desired parking spot, contact the owner for payment details. PFM is not in charge of reserving a spot and does not charge any fee.

In order to preserve the privacy of the parking spot owners, we do not display any personal information online. You can contact the owner via our “contact owner form” and we will send your contact details to the owner.
The owner will respond back to your request on the e-mail address or contact number provided by you after which you can exchange the contact information.
You can contact the spot owner if you have any issue. The PFM management will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.

Once you have registered an account with Parking For Me, click on List Your Spot button from the main menu and follow the instructions to enter your parking spot information. Once you have submitted your address, a PFM staff member will either approve your listing or contact you if any additional information is required. Once your spot is listed, it will be available for rent.
Whenever a renter will be interested in your parking spot, he/she will send you a request via our online contact form. You can then respond to that email or contact the renter on the phone number provided in the email and give them the detailed instructions. To preserve privacy, we will not display your personal information online.
You can choose rates for hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly parking.
Nothing! Listing is completely free. The rates that you choose to charge for your parking spot are the amounts you will receive when someone books your space.
Take a look at prices on our parking map of parking spots near you in order to get a sense of how much other parking spot owners are charging. We also suggest looking at public parking around you and choosing rates that are competitively lower. Feel free to contact us at info@parkingforme.com for recommendations as well.
It is the owner's responsibility to check the payment details with the customer. Each customer shall be solely responsible for checking the details before sharing any confidential information and getting into a contract. The Parking for Me management will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
We recommend not to accept cashier/certified checks or money orders. Also do not give out financial info (bank account, social security, PayPal account, etc.) unless you are 100% sure that it is not a scam.
One way to attract more views and bookings is to add detailed pictures of your address and allocated parking spots.
Also, make sure your parking spot rates are competitive to other Parking For Me addresses as well as nearby public parking.
No! As long as you provide detailed instructions on how to access your parking spot, you do not need to be at home when a driver rents your space. However, if a safety deposit or a garage door opener is required to access your space, you will need to meet with the driver in order to exchange those items. Please take extra precautions when meeting someone or while providing detailed instructions.
Do not provide the detailed instruction or access to your private property unless you are 100% sure that it is not a scam. Parking for Me management will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
